This treadmill is honestly so great ! I’ve order 2 off of Amazon, previous one was just too bulky and heavy too carry around and place in a good place in the house. Had to resell that one. But THIS TREADMILL is great, half the weight of my previous one, only 40 pounds, easy to carry around, slim enough to fit under my bed, no issues in a year of owning. My father and I both use it 5x a week and it’s helped a lot ! And as far as the customer service, they’re just as amazing! They’re very prompt with responding to messages, and respond with as much detail as possible to help with your issue. I didn’t have the manual and forgot how to tighten the belt and they very quickly sent it to me through message to download and resolve my dilemma. I would buy this treadmill again if I need an extra one, for the price and the quality customer service you receive it’s really a no brainer ... show more

I am 6' 2" about 300 lbs and I can walk on this comfortably at 3.5 mph or less. Pros: sleek, lightweight, easy to use, quiet (for the most part, see cons) Cons: does not sync to an app for control (without using their challenge game app) the motor and belt itself is quiet but when you turn it on there is a VERY loud 3-second beep. and every time you make any kind of adjustment with the remote it gives a VERY loud beep. The solution to the LOUD BEEP!!!! I took the display panel off there is no void. and unscrewed the daughter board. on the back side of the daughterboard is a tiny little speaker soldered to the board. I took out my soldering iron and solder sucker and de-soldered the speaker. put the cover back and now there are no more beeps. It works fine as well. CARE, taking the display panel off there is a cable that connects it to the rest of the unit. NO VOID WARRANTY STICKERS ARE IN THE WAY OF THIS. if you have a soldering iron and know how to desolder this will take less than 5 mins to do. And it does not void the warranty as there is no warranty sticker being removed in the process. ... show more

I am very satisfied with this product! I wanted something to help me get my steps in but wouldn't take up a lot of space. It's a great size and was easy to set up. It only goes to speed 3.8, but I don't need to go much faster so I am OK with that feature. It's not super loud, but I admittedly am worried to use it in the morning afraid it could wake up my toddler. I gave it 4 stars because it does skip a little, but my basement floor isn't entirely flat so I am not sure if it's the treadmill or just the surface it sits on.     • Took a while to love but I LOVE it

I was super skeptical about this product because I wasn’t sure if I would use it enough to justify the purchase. When I first got it, the belt was misaligned and would not go into place. I started a return process but decided to give it another chance. Although it took multiple interactions to fix the problem, the customer service team was incredible. They troubleshooted different things with me, reviewed my videos to figure out a solution and were truly so easy to work with! Pros about the walking pad: - super easy to use - it has wheels in the front so it’s portable-ish - super cute - relatively small for a walking pad - the customer service team is so helpful and very responsible (responding in less than 12 hours each time and following up). Cons: - it doesn’t allow you to add your weight so I don’t think the calorie burner is accurate - it’s not very loud but also not quiet by any means - I wish the plug was in the back but that’s more of a preference I highly suggest you wear shoes while using this (which is mentioned in the manual). I don’t wear shoes in the house so I thought I wouldn’t need it and after about 30 minutes of walking, my feet were so sore from being barefoot. ... show more

I wanted a walking pad for under my desk but the cost and weight limits deterred me until I found this one. I liked the look of this one, the color choices and the larger weight limit then the price and reviews convinced me. It fits perfectly under my desk and works quietly and smoothly, providing a nice, slow pace while I work. I had an electrical issue with the LED screen shortly after using it but their support was very quick and responsive! I received a new replacement and free pickup of the old one.
