This is such a perfect way to get movement in during bad weather days. I'm so glad I purchased this. It was a great price for the quality. I've used it most days since I got it. I enjoy using it while I work at my laptop as opposed to always sitting for work. I do have to walk slowly while working so that I don't get dizzy. You can hear the motor a bit, but it's not intrusively loud at all. It's short enough and light enough to easily move and store underneath a couch or bed. Just for a tip, I'm a fairly active person to begin with, but even I had to work up to being able to use it for longer periods of time because I got tired and my muscles got a bit sore in my hip flexors. This is a very easy to use treadmill, right out of the box. Just open it and pull it out and you can start walking. You can adjust the incline by lifting up the feet.
