I recently ordered this walker Edison fireplace tv console. I was very disappointed in the quality having paid $350. It was missing screws and given wrong screw sizes! I had to go buy proper ones. Then on top of this, the instructions literally had pieces covered up with WHITE OUT. We finally got it all put together after spending money to get additional parts and the instructions not being much help. Then when I reached out to customer service they responded over a week later saying they’d replace the parts. Keep in mind I’ve already had to go buy them myself and have them assembled in the fireplace, poor quality and poor customer service! ... show more

A few months after receiving this item the fireplace started making a awful noise and a replacement was sent. It started making the same noise again 3 or 4 months ago. I purchased this just for the fireplace and am so sad I can't use it.

I would absolutely love it but sadly it’s chipped and I’m very upset about it due too all the positive reviews I wouldn’t recommend getting it looks used after a few weeks of having my second one the heat stopped and now it’s more like an AC then a heater not with the money!!!! Product was defective. After assembling each piece when it came to the step of attaching the right and lift sides to the center piece the bolts where too short and the threading inside was defective. So your only recourse is to take the thing apart and resend or wait for the manufacturer to resend parts. Not worth the hassle either way. I just want my money back. ... show more
