Light and sound to wake up to is incredible. There are 8 different sounds, not the highest quality but overall fine. There are 20 different brightness options for the white/yellow light for waking up and a plethora of other light options to choose from if you are using it more as a lamp or mood light. 2 days in and only concern was at first the first digit of the clock wasn't appearing but the issue seems to have resolved itself. Plenty of snooze settings. The settings will be saved if the power goes out which is convenient once power is restored but the alarm will not go off on battery only mode. ... show more

I am a VERY heavy sleeper and absolutely hate waking up in the morning but this alarm clock somehow wakes me up 15 minutes before my alarm even goes off! Set up was very easy and I recommend using the “Sleep Coach Autumn” YouTube tutorial if reading instructions is also boring to you. I love the settings and not to mention it’s a cute little addition to my night stand. There’s also a life time warranty if anything were to happen but I doubt it due to its nice design. I totally recommend this way more than that expensive for no reason “Hatch” alarm. ... show more

It's not a bad light. The sunrise light does get quite bright, although I wish it was a daylight color and not a warm light color. Some of the sounds are crap, but the alarms and the bird chirps are alright. The multicolor options are nice. I also wish that you could change the color of the time.     • Love the Ocean Sounds to Wake Up or Relax
Bought the wood look and really like it, along with the full illumination (versus earlier model). The only thing that is a bit tricky is the buttons on the side of the clock (by disk) are small and not easy to read. Once you set up the clock (two alarms!), easy to remember which knob does what, though. Also, timer for light (30 or 60 minutes) to walk up by. Gradual light starts 30 minutes before alarm to simulate daylight on dark mornings. Sounds are natural, several choices too. I listen to ocean, sea gulls while reading. Very relaxing. Besides the solid light, there's option for "mood" lighting as it cycles through different (again choices!) of color. The best feature I like is time will dim completely. Really.     • Instructions, Buttons Completely Unintelligible
I have absolutely no clue how well this lamp works because I cannot understand the instructions insert whatsoever, and the buttons themselves are either labeled with nonsensical symbols or not at all. One of the most unintuitive devices I have ever encountered. It looks great! And the light and sunset settings seem awesome— if I spoke mandarin perhaps I’d love it. ... show more

    • I love the design look, but the button labels are almost impossible to read.
I really liked the look of the clock and the many options for settings, but I became so frustrated trying to adjust the buttons that I have ordered a different alarm clock. It’s ugly, but I will be able to see the buttons to set it.

It’s really nice. It does way more than light up the room to wake you. Love the nature sounds so you aren’t startled awake. Love the mood light options and radio too. I use it a lot more than I expected to throughout the day in my bedroom. I’m in Northern Alaska with minimal day light for 2 + months. Happy to have it and for a reasonable price point! ... show more
