New 10AWG version of popular Wago 221 series Lever-Nuts. Connect any combination of solid, stranded, and flexible copper wires faster and more reliably. Terminates 20-10 AWG solid and stranded. 3 conductor. Visually inspect for proper strip length and complete wire insertion through its transparent housing. Also there is a built in test port.

Handy for so many projects. Vastly superior to wire nuts. Especially when you end up needing to take the wires apart even though you did not expect to. They work flawlessly, no issues with staying put and wires don't come out. It's hard to explain. Wire nuts are tried and true but even if you don't think you need these, once you try them you won't go back to wire nuts. ... show more

    • Fast and best way to connect stranded wire to solid core
I use wire nuts when connecting solid core wires. But a lot of the devices I connect seem to use stranded wire. For those connections, I prefer using these types of connectors. They don't damage the wire and you know you have a good connection (whereas with wire nuts and stranded wire, not always - especially when doing pull tests.) It's nice to just clip them on and go, knowing they are solidly in place and connected. ... show more

Why would anyone twist fat wires, when you could use these. These won't damage what little wire is left in the box, and probably get better contact.

    • Reliable spring clamping mechanism.
I used this for wiring solid 10awg wire to stranded 10awg wire in a hot tub for the heater circuit. The original screw terminals got loose and melted so I had to bypass them. These work great since they wont ever become loose due to having a spring clamp.

These WAGO lever connectors are great fast to use and appear to grip well. The lever makes reuse or rearrangement of wires effortless. Really like that the 600 series handles all wire gauges from #10 to #14, the most used in residential wiring.

These items did not work as directed. I could not insert any type of wire into the device and have that wire hold into place as well as a wire nut.
