My Bernese Mountain absolutely loves it. He does tug and chew on it but what puppy doesn't chew on everything? That being said, for the price, it's not bad at all. It's soft and fluffy. I fold it in half cause it doubles the fluff, plus he's small enough that he still fits on it that way. He doesn't seem to care if it's folded or not and still finds comfort. The only down side is that, at least with my washing machine, it's not so easy to clean. Bright side, he's always excited to see it come back after being cleaned. Down side, once it's been covered in so much poop, it's better thrown away than fighting to get it washed. But if you've got a different washing machine you'll be fine. (Mine is an older, slightly smaller one than what they make these days.) ... show more

my dog hates most beds, she unfortunately was an abused and overbred dog who likes to den under my bed. she never would use blankets, or they’d get all balled up. i thought a bed “mat” would be perfect, and found this one which was great for the price and size. she loves it. our floors get so cold, and it seems to keep her warm. at first she wouldn’t sleep on it, so i moved it into the corner and she started sleep on it. now she sleeps on it every night, and seems so happy. ... show more

I needed to replace the crate bed I had in my pups space and decided to give this one a try since it was priced so well. The bed itself is great quality, very soft, did NOT have a bad smell to it, and is lasting well. However, I felt like this pad was pretty thin, so I ended up adding a couple of blankets underneath of it to add some thickness. I think the thickness of this bed would be perfect as a topper for one of those elevated dog cots. Ultimately, I'm happy with the purchase and don't mind utilizing her plethora of blankets to help add some comfort. ... show more

I ordered 2 Large beds for our dogs. They seemed pretty thin at first but once I let them sit and fluffed them a few times, they bulked out. Not as thick as picture makes it seem but they’re about 3” thick. Both of our dogs absolutely love them and even our Husky who usually chews beds to pieces, hasn’t been able to damage this one. I got the gray bed weeks ago. After a while we decided to get a 2nd one so we could wash the first one. We order the 2nd one it arrive but never filled out like the first one did. Nova still sleeps on both but the 2nd one is just not as plushie

This seemed like the worst dog bed I’ve ever purchased BUT it’s the only one my dog hasn’t shredded! She loves it. It’s weird. It’s a very very thin material so if your dog is kenneled in a wire crate, just know this won’t protect their toes. I put another pad underneath. She shredded the pad but not this stupid bed.
