Great product. Extremely sturdy. The only thing i had to do was as WD40 to make it easier to push, pull, and tilit. ‐------------- Update: After using it for a few months now, i decided to drop it 2 stars. There is no way to reduce the amount of force required to tilt the TV. When you tilt the tv, you have to tilt by actually grabbing and pulling the TV down from the top of the screen. So whatever locking mechanism the mount uses, you have to apply a good amount of force in order to overcome its locked position. In doing so, it has been damaging my tv. My TV and the screen flex and the screen flashes before it finally overcomes the lock. So now i have bright areas on my tv due to possibly damaged OLEDs. TV's nowadays are quite thin, so the manufacturer needs to compensate for that. Aside from tv damage, the drywall behind the mounting plate has been cracking and crumbling due to the weight of the TV when extended and the amount of force required to tilt the TV. Everytime i tilt or extend the tv i hear the crumbling drywall under the paint, even though it is drilled into a stud and concrete behind the drywall. So although the small mounting plate is more appealing and sturdy, it pretty much concentrates all of the weight of the TV and wall mount to a small area on the wall, rather than distributing the weight over a larger area. So this is why the drywall is crumbling. Basically, the manufacturer needs to redesign it in a way that requires less force to tilt and move the TV, and they should perhaps increase the size of the mounting bracket or plate in order to distribute weight across the wall. This mount is amazing!!! I have never written a review before but I felt obligated to write one about this product because it transformed my entire apartment. I moved into a small 1BR with awkward wall space and the only solution for a TV would be to mount it. Problem was, that there was a huge fuse box in the area where I wanted to mount the tv. This mount is extremely flexible, strong and durable. I positioned the mount a few inches to the left of the fuse box (avoiding any studs) and the swivel allows me to move the tv if I ever need to access the fuse box. The design is so modern and sleek looking. It lays flat against the wall and you can hardly tell that it moves. No big gap behind it like most tv mounts. I am so grateful for this incredible design and I HIGHLY recommend it!!! ... show more

This is a very nice mount, sleekly designed so that I don't mind at all that it's visible when the TV is swiveled. Easily handles my 38 lbs TV. My sole complaint has to do with the way that it bolts to the wall. There are three holes in the plate that mounts to the wall and the top and bottom holes are way too big, 3 times bigger than the diameter of the lag screws that go through them. No matter how tight you crank down the lag screws with their washers under them, the mount easily twists out of plumb on the wall. I need some additional washers, with a center hole the diameter of the lag screws, and an outer diameter the same as the big holes in the wall plate, to keep things from twisting. ... show more

    • GOOD LOOKING -- FOR A WALL MOUNT!

I really like the way this wall mount, even when extended, pretty much fades into the background due to the silver-ish color arm. Initially, I was sorry that the arm itself wasn't white, but I realized that this may be even better because it's not that noticeable. It extends to the left, to the right, up and down. Very nice. ONE CAVEAT: There was a missing part -- the thumbscrew and the hex wrench. Thus far we have waited about a week because the company is headquartered in The Netherlands. Still waiting... ... show more

This is by far the best mount I have encountered and simple to install and even more value in the multiple positions it provides for your display.
