The #1 thing I can say other than how amazing this laser machine is… the SUPPORT staff is top notch! Anytime I have sent a message or email I get my answer within a few hours, not days! Thank you Wecreat. I’ve been wanting to get a laser for a while now, and after researching for several months the Wecreat Vision seemed like the perfect machine to test the waters with. Shipped quickly and was well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow, and setup was a breeze (took about an hour with adding air out the wall with dryer vent!). I really enjoyed the simplicity of the setup, and ease of use. I was pleasantly surprised that it connected to WiFi flawlessly using the Wecreat/MakeIt Software (WHICH IS FREE AND HAS THOUSANDS OF PROJECTS). I can now operate it in the Shop, while designing and sending files over WiFi. Much better than cabled, and did not have any difficult configuration to do. After getting everything set up it's been super easy to use! Have been playing with it for about two weeks now, and I have to say I'm sorry i didn't get it sooner! The list of amazing features is long…. Built in HD camera (not many laser machines have this) 20W Power Hundreds of materials you can put in this 20W Diode Machine! The HD camera Auto Focus feature is GREAT! 1080’ Rotary Engraving for all your tumbler and glassware! Built in Air Assist Now available to use with LIGHTBURN! This is a Class 1 FDA Certified laser The safety features are one of the main things that got my attention to this machine. Especially the automatic STOP if lid is open. I like the auto focus. I HATE the program that runs this laser!! It is complete garbage. You can use lightburn, but the camera function is not compatible. This renders the camera useless in lightburn software, which is completely frustrating. Their technical support is pointless. First of all, it is in China. The representatives are difficult to understand, and every answer is " watch a video." My laser head is not operating correctly after only six months. They say they will replace it, but have not provided a tracking number. I will keep you updated. Please keep this in mind before purchasing this laser. I would suggest the Roly-matic. ... show more

Seems fairly functional, the top of my unit is scratched, and the camera seems to be out of alignment. I did some test runs, ignoring what I find to be cosmetic damage, but this top is scratched. I have a lot of experience with laser engraving tools and I will probably go with xTool if I can't sort out the issues with this unit. It's a real shame, the camera is a game changer, and my next unit will definitely have one. I did try to recalibrate it, but it didn't seem to keep the deviation below 4mm, which is significant. The software is also proprietary, but is compatible with Lightburn. ... show more

I've never owned a laser before buying the WeCreat Vision. I love this machine. Was easy to learn in my opinion. ALL lasers have pros and cons. Sharing photos of some of the things I created with this laser. My experience with customer service has been great.
