We have to take videos of bulls and this tripod has smooth panning and the arm length is perfect for a remote zoomer. The quick connect is great. There is a button on the left to release it so you can remove the screw that doesn't fit your camera or scope. The price was right also!

The head on this tripod has an adjustment for every angle and direction. Tighten them down and they stay put. It has a slide tray with two screws (you select the one that fits your camera or in my case my scope). It releases from the tripod by pushing a button and pullilng the tray out or put it back in. I really like the leg adjustments on this unit. There are two extensions on each leg and they are quick to adjust and stay put when tight. Good unit.
