    • A nice gauge set addition
I added a set of these to my A/C manifold gauges and it has made a nice improvement to the tool. I can now close the ball valve at the port on the end of the hose and easily unscrew the fitting from the port without having to wear gloves to protect from the escaping refrigerant gas. Very handy to have these now that the pressure in the hoses can be relieved in a controlled manner. ... show more

    • OK but a little cheap
I have found that for AC, you have to know and trust your tools. Are they leak free? I would say almost. I saw some loss of pressure after 24hrs at 500psi in one of the valves. The levers are a little loose also, so you don't get a feeling of quality. They are ok for casual use.

Mainly used on 404a and they do not hold under a vacuum. Slightly leaking on 275+ psi. For the price they work okay, but they do leak so you get what you pay for.

    • Absolute Chinese Crap
I am a certified HVAC contractor and ordered these in a pinch since my name-brand order was delayed. Upon receipt one of the units was defective, the handle would not fully open the valve and was bent. The green o-rings are very shallow and there is no way to replace them since they are non-standard. The core depressor is fixed and will likely depress the valve core before the unit is fully attached leading to refrigerant freezing your hand (please wear gloves). I, along with others want Amazon to CLEARLY list the Country of Manufacture when selling ANY products. I want to see "MADE IN AMERICA" on the products I purchase. ... show more
