This chair was well designed. My daughter loves the foot rest. She said it’s the best part! The colors look exactly like the photo. The designs on the pillows are slightly different, but barely enough to even notice. It is a gaming chair, so it’s doesn’t have an excessive amount of cushioning, but it’s high back and the ability to recline and lock in place, make it ideal for gaming. Rolls well and has great stability. All components were present upon delivery and the item was packaged well. It came with all tools needed to put it together, but we used a drill to make the process go faster. Would purchase again! ... show more

This chair was fine to put together but after a month of use the arm broke off the other arm is loss while sitting in it working I went to lean back in the chair and it fell over with me in it and the back broke the chair is very uncomfortable to sit on I had to place a pillow on it to try to add some comfort to the chair the part to rest your feet comes out and doesn’t stay in place I’m only 5”3 and it just seems really small would not buy again ... show more

The only reason why this is not five stars is because the screws looked Rusty and the plastic part that goes around the bottom where the legs are was broken beyond repair. The plastic piece at the center star of the wheels was cracked but its not an important piece for the use of the chair. Directions are vague pictures and all the screws are mixed together in one bag so while the intructions have them labeled with letters you have to group them put by size yourself to know what goes where.
