finally i was able to find a gaming chair that fits me well, isnt too tall or too short, is cute and has all the functions i need it to have!! its the perfect size for me. this is the first time the neck pillow on a chair actually sat where its supposed to and not at the top of my head pushing my head forward awkwardly/painfully. lumbar is pretty good, i think it will get better with wear when it flattens a bit more though. i might get a diff lumbar pillow. the rabbit ears are cute though not the best quality. it was easy and quick to put together! ... show more

Unfortunately, he leaned back with it a few too many times and snapped the plastic by the wheels, luckily we were able to find a replacement piece on Amazon that worked perfect. This chair is worth the price, my son loves it and was easy to ensemble. I ordered 2 chairs from different sellers before this one and neither came so I needed something fast. I received this chair in 2 days. Instructions were huge poster sized and easy to follow. All the screws were already installed so it was easier to see where everything went. It’s pretty comfortable with adjustable pillows and the footrest is a nice touch. The material isn’t leather but it doesn’t appear cheap. However it doesn’t recline as far back as the photo suggests. It’s still comfortable but I was expecting a farther recline. The footrest while a decent length feels a little flimsy. While the chair feels sturdy I’m unsure of why the bottom doesn’t attach better. You can just pick it up off the hydraulic bottom and you have to stand up to raise the chair back up. Not a big deal just slightly inconvenient. For starters, this was shipped and delivered fast!! Which was awesome because I wanted to get it before my sisters birthday. I was originally a bit skeptical and unsure as to how hard it was going to be to set up the chair and make sure it was sturdy enough. This chair was super easy to put together, it came with the screw driver and extra screws and bolts incase anything went missing. I had no issues getting the chair set up and was able to recline it all the way back without being worried if it was going to fall apart or worse case scenario, break. Very comfortable. I was a bit confused on the foot rest part of the chair but managed to get it put on correctly. My sister loves the chair alot, including the massage pillow!! If you’re debating on buying it, ITS WORTH THE MONEY!! And the chair came with the rabbit ears too super cute!! ... show more

Short Review: Looks great, but terrible (the worst) customer service for a basic issue that is not 24/7 as advertised, reclines at max 120° (measured with a goniometer), tray coming apart before 1 week of use, massage pillow is just sound, lumbar and neck pillows don't hold their shape. Long Review: I bought this chair because it looked great and promised 150° of recline. While it did look great and the instructions were easy to follow, that is where the pros stopped and I ended up having to return this. Now - I buy everything I own on Amazon, and I have never once written a one star review. I rate what I buy 4-5 stars or I leave it be most of the time. But, dealing with this chair and customer service has been the most frustrating experience over the last week (See attached image). First, it comes no where near reclining to what it's marketed to. After measuring, it goes to barely 120° which is not nearly close enough to recline enough. Since this was a major reason I bought the chair, it's a big reason I chose to return it. Next, it's incredibly poorly structured. I like a firm chair, but this chair holds a misshapen form with less than one week of very rare use. Really, the neck pillow is already crooked and dented and is difficult to reshape and the material is creased permanently. This is a short chair. I'm 5'8" and 160 lbs and even I found this chair small. Finally, the customer service is just lazy. Do I even need to explain the picture attached? "Hey, is there a way I can fix the chair if it's not reclining all the way? Otherwise, I will return it because I just bought this." "Well since you can still sit in it, how about $5?" ...what. Also, the "24-7" support will only message one time per day at 3am on weekdays (2nd Pic). ... show more

So I bought this chair and I saw that there was some mixed reviews on it. And so so far it has been incredible for me I haven't had any issues and I am extremely rough when it comes to chairs when I'm gaming and the only thing that I haven't really used just because it's too loud for me when I stream is the back massage portion when it's plugged in it is Extremely Loud just I don't want it to be overheard on my stream but it feels amazing. So far I absolutely love this product it is 10 out of 10 amazing there's always a chance you may get a defective one but if you do please contact the supplier. ... show more
