I have a high traffic area which was always hard to keep up and the batteries charged/ I connected this to the doorbell and it does an amazing job of keeping up with constant triggered events and recording. My battery is never low anymore. It’s a great power supply for a constant supply of power. It was very easy to install. What I love most about this is that you still run off the battery as it charges, so if someone unplugs it, the camera still continues to record it all. ... show more

I was tired of charging my Google Nest Doorbell every other week or so and learned you could plug it in, after a quick installation I was up and running with no more need to charge, woohoo! Although I will admit I ignored the instructions to fully charge the doorbell before installing the power adapter and this came back to bite me, as I assumed it would simply just charge while it's plugged in... but no, it doesn't provide enough power to charge so I had to uninstall it... charge the doorbell... and finally reinstall it, I haven't had to touch it since 👌 I did about as quick of a install as one could, but it does the job and I can worry about making it pretty later 🫠 ... show more

The description claims it works with Blink doorbells, but it does not. Bummer, because the lower voltage was exactly what I wanted so as not to overheat and damage the unit. Three stars because the description is inaccurate, and it is a pain to have to return this thing now.
