I did a LOT of legwork before choosing this scooter. (bad pun intended) If you're looking for a scooter for indoors, you'll find this too large to get around easily. For outdoor use, THIS is the scooter! It has every bell and whistle. More importantly, it's built to do the job. While not quite made for mountain climbing, it will handle grass lawns, dirt paths, gravel, transitions between, and even limited exposed tree roots. To test mine, I actually took it on hiking trail around Springfield Bog, a public park near me, and found no problems at all. The dual batteries are built to carry you through a FULL day: amusement park with grandkids, or whatever life throws at you. It's also capable of higher speed when you need it. I don't "love" a scooter, but I DO love what this scooter has provided for me in terms of outdoor mobility, and inclusion in family events.
