Chairs and table feel sturdy. Love that the chairs rock and spin. Two left arms were sent for one of the chairs. Customer service was great and sent me the correct arm right away.

I received the table and chairs as a Christmas gift and when assembling the table, I was missing two bolts and the hardware was loose in the box. I contacted Vicllax and the service person told me I could just buy bolts at the hardware store. When unboxing the chairs, all of the bolts, nuts, etc. for two of the chairs were missing. I tried e-mailing the service address like I had done before and the e-mail gets returned. Two bolts missing is one thing but when all the hardware is missing for two chairs, I would like a response from Vicllax. ... show more
