I love this set. I love cherry blossoms and it's sturdy and easy to clean. The only thing I would say is that the bowls are not deep enough and the cups are really small, but they're really cute though! It's a nice set, especially for collage or living with yourself or roommate. My little ones use the small plates and cups though, so it's perfect for them as well! ... show more

These dishes are beautiful and the size is perfect for my mom. They aren’t too big or too small. Look elegant. I would’ve have given 5 stars but they came chipped. I’ve ordered two sets now and each one came with a chipped dish. Per pics that I’ve included: first pic is of the first shipment. A dinner plate came chipped. The rest of the pics are of the second shipment, a bowl came chipped and with a hairline crack from both sides (in and out). It’s seems like it’s a packing issue because the box itself was not damaged either time. Being that my mom is ill and just recently lost her husband, I was trying to surprise her with new dishes to suit her but the chip in the plate was the first thing she saw and was disappointed. Customer service: I got reimbursed for the first set and said not to send it back. I was surprised. I used the money to get the 2nd set for her. Second set I’ve been told to send it back for reimbursement. So as soon as I can I’ll take it in and update this regarding reimbursement process. ... show more

You know, I honestly was surprised and a bit disappointed with this set. It not carrying a maker’s mark (like Pyrex or any other brand of dish ware. That actually surprised me. I mean, they’re pretty. But truly they are also extremely HEAVY in the hand and the design isn’t (seriously, isn’t!) in the dishes like Correlle or others. It’s on top of the dish ware and feels like it can scrape away like if you forget while doing the dishes and use the wrong sponge. You know what I’m talking about. To make matters worse, when I opened the shipping box, (awesome boxing btw.), one of the coffee cups was shattered. I can’t figure out how that’s even possible because the packaging is really well done. It was so shattered that I had to have someone turn the box completely upside down to get it out because the cups are on top with the eggs holders! I’m saddened that I’ll be returning them because they are very pretty but what am I gonna do with 3 coffee cups instead of 4? Honestly, if the set at least had a maker’s mark stamp I might hesitate to return it because of a shattered cup. But maybe that’s the whole reason there isn’t any markings? So that, over time, you might forget who you bought it from and who to call if you need a replacement coffee cup, say, or a plate or bowl. Overall, this set was something I thought would be worth the money I spent on it but after seeing it in person I can’t say that’s true anymore. This porcelain dinnerware set is lovely to look at but the quality is what one would expect from the price. When you stack the plates, you can see the uneven edges which really does not detract from the finish or the design. They are a bit smaller than the dishes they replaced (Corelle) , but that's a good thing (tricks your brain into eating less because the plate is so full).
