We regularly clean our Golden Retriever’s ears with the finger wipes but his ears smell sour and he has a lot of wax. We decided to buy this and with the very first use a lot more wax came out than normal after we had already placed the drops, absorbed the excess, and he shook his head. Wax flew everywhere! His ears smell so much better with just this one use. We will continue to use daily as suggested. I can kiss his head without cringing from the ear scent and it leaves a pleasant smell after use. I appreciate this may be a great product, but I haven’t given it enough ‘go to find out. I replaced a different product that was no longer available with this solution. It’s hard enough getting my dogs to cooperate with drops, but the antiseptic is sticky. It’s turned into a mess the couple times I used it.
