This camera is such a product for 2 major reasons; 1) the camera itself is handy, takes excellent video and photos, comes with everything needed - save a memory card - and is easy to learn to use and 2) The support is over the top. Truthfully in all my 75 years I have seldom been involved with a company that responds with such care and concern for their customers as this company has to me.     • were a little bigger you can barely read them they're a little too small for any human
I love the camera but the instructions are too small you can't read it so I can't play back what I video tape it's very hard to try and figure it out it should be a little bigger print on the thing but other than that the camera is very good.

    • Very good videocam but.......
I received this videocam as scheduled. There was an upcoming event and so I used it to take pictures and a few videos. It wasn't supplied with an SD memory card but luckily I already had one and installed it before using it. After all was said and done, I noticed that the videos I took were all shaky and not stable. When I ordered this I thought it was automatic that this videocam would have but it didn't in which I should have read more in the details before I bought this. And another thing is that the audio on all of my video recordings were distorted. I know that there's software you can download to fix the audio portion and I did that and tried to fix the distorted audio but that didn't work. I did download an app to fix the shaky video and it worked. So with all said here, I took 2 points away and rated it a 3 out of 5. I decided to returned it before the cutoff date. Oh well! I still have my older HD videocam and it still does better than this one I ordered with no audio distortion and shakiness. ... show more

got this camera to ghost hunting and it is advertised as having night vision. so i had to return it. quality isn’t that great but is easy to pack but would not recommend it for adults. it’s more like a child’s camera. if you want a basic camera that’s cheap you will get what you paid for lol.

I would have returned this had I paid attention to my time frame trying to figure out how to use it it's supposed to be good for YouTube videos and it is not because to start and stop the video if you need to pause it you have to go through this whole screen menu The remote didn't work to get those features active it also has really bad audio when you play it back I have tried hooking an external microphone to it and that didn't work I do have to say that I have not yet finished a video with it and then put the video on the computer to see if the volume sounds better but those 3 features alone,the bad volume for playback and the non-ease of pausing or starting the video from the panel and the non-working remote is very frustrating. ... show more
