PARTS: Zipper, Quality, value for money, Ease of use: ALL on target and 100% LOVE! FIT: Ok. I’m 5’7”, 147 lbs. This suit is sold as an XL(!!). Normally, I would have gotten a MEDIUM in WOMEN or a SMALL in MALE. Hope this helps y’all out as far as what size to pick. Let me add that, YES, the waistband area is elasticized, (so, a little bit of play there); but, your biggest concerns here are to ensure that the shoulders and hip area fit. I my case, there was more than enough room in the shoulder area (I have a broad shouldered frame). In the hip area, there was only enough room to move comfortably; definitely no oversized there! HATS: Both fit well. With the fencing-type helmet, my nose WAS right at the edge; I COULD get stung there. The other hat is definitely my favorite, as it doesn’t touch my face at all and does not interfere with my peripheral vision. GLOVES: they fit me perfectly. I will say, though, that my hands are bigger than the average female’s hands; probably equivalent to a male’s medium. Great quality; no complaints. The only item that I cannot address right now, is the cooling factor. I will, at a later date, test this and will update this review. I hope this helps. Ordered XL, and its perfect size for me. Im 5’7” high. Its very good quality product. Couple things I don’t like is the zippers are metal and getting stuck when you zipping around the veil. I think it would be better to use plastic zipper. The other thing is the fencing veil doesn’t have the zipper around the face compare to the other manufacturers. And it tends to get close to the face, so i have to pull it forward all the time. Anyway I prefer the round veil and it works fine for me, no complaints. Gloves are perfect fit and good quality. The suit itself is very comfortable, even with our Central Valley hot weather I feel ok. I give 5 star, because it goes with two types of veils, so you choose which one works better for you. ... show more

This is a really nice bee suit. 3 layered mesh. Very thick and well made! Has metal zippers, big plus! instead of the plastic one that jam all the time. Also comes with two head mask! No suit comes with two, that I have seen. Gloves are soft leather so you can easily pick frames up! Just a word about sizes. I fist ordered a XL that said for height 70-72 inches tall. I'm 72 inches tall, 180 lbs. Thinking they run small let most stuff from China. (doesn't say it comes from there, but I figured it did) When it came I tried it on, and way too big. I sent it back, and got a large and it fits perfectly! So for the money best suit you will buy! Should last a long time! Recommend! 100% you will like it! ... show more

First time bee keeper, so first suit. I really like it, fits well, comfortable, and breathable which is nice for hot summers. There are a couple layers of material and have a meshing in between, so it has some air flow. Having 2 hoods is nice, gloves are soft for working and can take a sting without being felt. My only hang up are the zippers that are not great. Them catch and get stuck from time to time, they’re just not smooth. But a bummer, but the suit itself I like very much. ... show more

Have been searching for a deal on a good enough suit without breaking the bank. In the process, I spent about as much as a new expensive suit trying to save a few bucks. I should have looked at this one first. While it may not be everything ultra veterans may want in a suit, it is quite adequate for less experienced folks like myself. It is comfortable, cool, right size, and has both styles of hoods. Gloves seem to be quite nice and can feel thru them. Me, I am 6'1" and about 220 pounds, so my ability to find a suit that fits in waste and height is a bit of a mess online. I ordered the 3xl due to my other bad choices, and I could have gone with a 2xl, but the 3xl will certainly do just fine for me. So disappointed in this product. I ordered this so I could help my husband with our bees. I wanted to surprise him but I was the one that was surprised. It didn't even come close to fitting. It was bulky and the zippers were cheaply made. I packaged it back up for return but did not realize the short return policy so now I'm stuck with a suit that no one can use. Not happy ... show more

Everything having to do with bees is expensive. And seeing how the margin for error is huge, I didn't want to spend hundreds more on a bee suit. A friend told me to get a ventilated one, living in a hot and humid climate, it's a must. The suit has been wonderful. I like the option to try 2 different hoods. Size: 3X-Large
My other bee suit is a 2x and fits but a little snug so I decided to get one a size bigger for more movement. Sadly, this "3X" is considerably smaller than my 2X. It's probably more like an XL. I'll keep it for others to use as it seems well made.
