These shades do a fantastic job of keeping out the light! My HOA is very strict on which blinds I can use so when it came time for some blackout blinds I found myself out of luck. This product came in so clutch as with the adhesive they advertise I can stick the product against the wall instead of the window and it still functions great to block out as much light as I want! No bleed-through and no wall coming off when I decided to alter my setup (just be sure to roll off the adhesive gently, don't pull, and especially don't pull hard.) The only critiques I would give these blinds are 1. They are folded out of the bag so there are some wrinkles/folds if that sort of thing bothers you and 2. There is no cutting tool so as a 23-year-old dude trying to make it straight with scissors it didn't come out perfect but again if that doesn't bug you then these are a perfect purchase at a great price! ... show more

I bought this for my daughters room, as a 5 month old in a busy apartment complex she needs her naps. I opened the box took some measurements of the winds and cut the piece to size than put the velcro on the wall and on the back of the fabric and it was done! It’s actually a great product the materials thin and black on one side and a reflective silver on the other so it reflects heat. If you can use a tape measure and a pair of sizers than you can easily install this! ... show more

This product is great! It completely blocks any and all light! Depending on how you cut it, there's minor light bleed around the edges, but that's not the companies fault. Way cheaper then ordering custom made blinds, measure twice cut once. On top of how well it works, you get a lot for your money!
