The color and quality of these dishes are great. I love the mix of blues. We ended up getting an extra set of the small size plates since we use them the most. I will say, I have noticed they get warmer than other dishes when used in the microwave. They are beautiful plates, and I thought this might be a one-off, so I returned those for a replacement. 5 months later, two of the plates are chipped and one has a crack running through it. When I opened the incredibly well packaged box, my mood instantly became happy. I have always had solid white plates, but after a while they have become a little stale. I really wanted something for me and my guests to have something vibrant to look at, and this more than fits the bill. The colors are happy, spring colors. I love the set so much, I am going to purchase a second set. Vancasso has always been my go-to for dinnerware and serving dishes. I find them to be excellent quality, so when I went shopping, I headed straight to the Vancasso store. This 12-piece set, which includes 4 settings of 1 10" plate, one 7.5" plate, and one 5" 23 oz bowl. They stack very well together, and I love that they are oven safe, freezer safe, and microwave safe. I also love these dishes are lead-free. They packed this set in several layers of cardboard, so my dishes arrived in pristine condition.
