I used these bands a few times and now I have skin missing from my knuckles. My hands are average sized but I cannot use these unless I wear gloves to protect the knuckle of my index fingers. I'm returning these to get a better set with bigger handles. If you have average-sized or large hands, I wouldn't advise you to get this set. Pay a little more and get bigger handles. ... show more
