  • Very nice charger - the fast charging ports are "independent"
Color: A-Gray
The nice thing about this charger - and a feature that is pretty rare - is that the 3 fast charging ports - C1, C2, and C3 (70W, 30W, and 30W respectively) - are each independent of all other ports. That means no matter what else you might have plugged in, those ports will always be able to make their maximum wattage available . So you can have a laptop and a couple tablets or beefy phones all charging at or close to their top power draws (actually many laptops can draw 100 watts or more, but even for those 70W will often be enough to increase the battery's charge even while you are using the laptop). I have verified this behavior with my equipment. Ports C4/C5 and A1/A2/A3 comprise two "independent" 15W groups. That is, C4/C5 is one group that will share 15W of capacity and A1/A2/A3 is another group that will share 15W of capacity. That's fine for many phones and small devices. It's also enough to overnight charge most things except some (many?) laptops. The Amazon page description and the documentation included with the product (including a sticker you can put on the device as a reminder) are pretty clear about the way power capacity is or isn't shared between ports. Getting a clear description of the power distribution is not always the case with USB chargers. I also like that it has a detachable power cord instead of having a "foldable plug". Outlets are often in a very inconvenient location and chargers plugged directly into an outlet often have trouble staying in place. This is a very nice set of capabilities for a charger that costs less than $30 (with coupon in April and July 2024). At it's full price of $50 to $60 it's less compelling. I think there are really only two things that might be something to make you want to look elsewhere: 1) if you really need more than 70W of power to charge your device 2) it might be larger than you'd like for travel - it's about the size of 1.5 cigarette packs (I couldn't think of a better size comparison). It weighs 8.5 ounces (250g), which is probably not too bad for adding to your luggage. But who needs 8 ports when you're traveling? Keep this on your desk and get something smaller for your carry-on. ... show more

  • Bang For Buck!
Color: A-Gray
OVERVIEW: Great value for a 200w charger. Unlike most GaN chipped units, this has dedicated or discreet ports, so plugging in an additional device won't interrupt other devices' charge momentarily as the chip reconfigures power distribution. This also means that each port will always get the wattage they claim, rather than being dependent upon the number of devices plugged in and how the power is split among them. Simple and no fuss. PD and PPS! The latter being important for Samsung devices and not many chargers include it. NITPICKS: No power indicator light. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have an indication that the unit is plugged in and powered. Samsung devices won't get the absolute fastest charging (45w PPS) except on port 1 (70w max). Very few chargers include PPS at all, including ones that cost 2-3x as much, so this isn't a complaint as much as an observation. But on all the 30w ports, you'll obviously be charging at 25w. However, the charge time difference between 25w and 45w in real-world usage is only 5-10 minutes from 0-100%, so this isn't a huge deal. To get the full 45w also requires ideal conditions - I've yet to see the Ampere app tick above charging at 25w despite using a 100w rated cable and using the 70w charge port. To be fair, my previous PPS charger never pushed above 25w either, despite being rated for much higher. Seems 45w is more of a marketing gimmick. Output sticker. Electrical outputs are typically printed on the case in fine print, but this unit instead includes a giant clear decal/sticker that lists the outputs which covers one whole side of the case. Easier to read for sure, but a bit of an eye-sore if you opt to put it on. I put mine on the "bottom" side and then added rubberized feet to keep the unit from sliding around. VERDICT: Great little unit. It works as intended, has ample dedicated/discreet charge ports, and performs as well or better than more expensive units. It also comes with a claimed 3-year warranty, which is impressive (no way to register the product, you simply send an email to the company). If it lasts as long as my last charging unit (3 years) even without a warranty, I'll consider it a great buy. ... show more

  • Good and affordable product
Color: A-Gray
This USB charging station was one of the most complete and reliable I could purchase this year. It helps me to connect multiple devices at the same time taking care of them. Works great with fast charging and power delivery. Thank you so much for the product.

  • Product worked for the first few weeks, then only 1 port worked after. NO HELP FROM SUPPORT!
Color: A-Gray
The media could not be loaded. This product only worked for a few weeks, I have contacted customer support they require me to send a video in for engineers to review. Not really sure why engineers need to review video, not like they can figure out the problem. At this point none of the ports are working except the fast charging port, the first port. However I sent in the video anyway, three or four times to their customer support with no response. This was not an inexpensive charger I expect it to work longer than a few weeks. ... show more
