Purchased the twin (USB C + USB A) charger on 01-06-2024 for $16.99. I've been using this for just over 3 months, and it hasn't had any issues with charging any of my devices. The brick has remained cool during charging. I haven't noticed any thermal irregularities with it becoming excessively warm. I paired this with INIU'S 100-watt USB C²C cable. I've been very happy with both. Understand that your device can be charged only as fast as its speed (wattage) limit. So having a 1,000 watt charger and a 2,000 watt cable will do you no good if the charging rate of the device is only 10 watts. The prongs of this charger do fold inward. Because they are tucked, they pose no risk to men's ability to procreate when the brick is carried in the pant-leg pocket. About 1/8" of the tip still protrudes after being folded, but that's necessary to give your finger an edge to catch for pulling out the prongs. Be aware that 45 watts is the MAXIMUM output when only a single USB C port is being used. If only the USB A port is connected, the maximum is 30 watts. If you use both ports, the 45 watts is divided between the two ports. (30 & 12 between USB C and USB A, respectively, or 20 & 20 between two USB C ports) My purchase was for the twin charger with one USB C and one USB A. I'll be buying another, but it'll be the one with two USB C ports since more and more newer devices are coming only with USB C ports. I'll just use a USB C (male) to USB A (female) adapter if I need more USB A connections. ... show more

    • Quietly Dropped Dead at 3 1/2 Months

This did an absolute bang up job for three months. Consistently metered at 45w output with never a hiccup. Then inexplicably it simply quit working. USB C and USB A both dead. Tried different cables - dead. Tried different wall outlet - dead. Tried different devices to charge - dead. I'm very disappointed. I recently purchased an Iniu 25,000 mAh power bank. I hope that sucker doesn't meet the same fate. I know electronics are subject to weird failures but this really makes me wonder about Iniu. I would be hesitant to buy that brand again. ***UPDATE***: Soon after posting my review the company reached out to me and immediately offered to send me a new charger at zero cost to me! I love that kind of customer care from a company and any hesitation I might have had concerning making a future purchase from Iniu has been totally erased. This is one of the cheapest 45W chargers I have seen that isn't super sketchy. It works great with my INIU quest 3 cable and keeps the headset charged. It's of acceptable build quality and has no issues as far as I can tell, just use USBC if you want the full 45W.
