It’s easy and I love being able to see my stats on the screen. This was a Christmas gift for my household and has been great so far. Light weight, durable, easy to store under the bed and works great. Prefer this over a regular treadmill as it doesn’t also act as a magnet for clothes that need to be hung up.

The treadmill only worked if I remembered to remove the battery from the remote control after every time I used it. For some reason, the controller drained every single battery I put in it. I am returning this item because I paid too much to not be able to use it because of the controller.

Seriously it’s amazing and super easy to set up literally just plug and play! Also, the display is easy to read and the speed adjusts perfectly. The 3% incline is very minimal but noticeable and after a while you definitely start to feel it! 100% recommend and think it’s a great buy!!
