I did all my research on all the smaller portable moveable treadmills. This seemed to be the most stable. I have no complaints! The bar goes up and down easily. The dial on the bar is good quality. I haven't seen any weird calibration with the actual treadmill track. You can pick the backside up like wheel barrel and it has wheels to easily move around the house which is so nice because its pretty heavy for one person to move. Fits perfect under my bed when not in use. I also liked that the bar and the tablet mount is very stable when you run on highest speed for my ipad or phone. The only thing is that the remote did not work. I even tried a different battery. But you do not need the remote if you have the bar up with the dial that does everything for you. I was looking for a treadmill to use in the winter when it is too cold to run outside and this completely fits the bill for a first-time treadmill user. Because I have not really used a treadmill before, and have never owned one, I wanted to find one that was reasonably priced for the way I wanted to use it. I was not looking for something super heavy-duty, and the max speed of 7.5 mph is sufficient for me at this time. Perhaps in the future I will want to decrease my time and need a faster machine, but for now, this is great. The package is kind of heavy (as one would expect) but I was able to get it into the basement by myself. The unboxing and setup were easy and did not take much time. The machine is flat and easy to store. It has wheels so I am able to move it without help. (Female, 5'8", 120 lbs.) For context, I run one mile every day, and I have used this treadmill every day, for 44 days. I am not a fast runner; I set the speed to 7.0 mph and this translates to about an 8:45 mile. Sometimes I do some additional walking as well; usually at about 3.5-4.0 mph. I am only using this machine to continue my "mile-a-day" goal during the winter. I am not trying to lose weight or drastically change my habits or physique. I use the Targeted Run setting, and my only complaint about this is that there are only pre-selected distances, starting at 1.8 mi. I would rather set the exact number of miles for myself, but this is a very minor gripe, because the display does cycle through time, speed, and distance, so I just stop at 1 mile. There is no incline feature, which I knew when I purchased the treadmill, so this is not a problem for me. It would be nice to have but was definitely not a dealbreaker. I am using the treadmill on a mat, on carpet. This works fine; no issues. I read through a lot of reviews for this product and have not noticed the belt slipping at all, at any speed. I also have not noticed it shutting off after a short period of time. It shuts off only when I shut it off. I have not used the remote, but don't really see the need when using it with the handle up, as you can use the center knob to change the speed. If I were using this treadmill just for walking or with a standup desk, I could see the importance of the remote. I see the one review mentions that the remote only works when the handle is folded down, so I would try that before claiming that it didn't work. There is a spot on the side to store it. I would prefer that the base display on the pad itself stay on all the time - when the handle is up and you use it to run, only the center display works. I don't find it to be any noisier than expected. It's definitely not silent, but I can watch TV at a reasonable volume while I am running and don't have issues hearing the program. The cord is not very long, so you may need to use an extension cord to plug it into the wall as I did. This treadmill has been a game-changer for my home workouts. While I enjoy the convenience of having a gym in my building, the mental hurdle of physically going there often proved daunting. With this treadmill, I can easily log in miles right in the comfort of my living room, eliminating any excuses. Setting it up was a breeze; it's practically ready to use straight out of the box. While it's not overly noisy, I found placing a yoga mat underneath helped dampen any sound. One drawback was when I tried to adjust the railing, it accidentally fell backward, causing the tray holder to break off. Although customer support promptly sent a replacement, I couldn't reattach it due to a broken framework. Despite this, I continued to use it without issues for months. One notable downside is the lack of incline options, and the speed calibration seemed slightly off; what's labeled as 7.6 mph felt more like 6.0 mph. Another downside is it produces a lot of static energy while running that must be grounded before touching the dial. If I touched the dial without doing so, it would cause a shock and short circuit the treadmill, which would turn it off and an error message would pop up. This would resolve by unplugging and replugging. Additionally, the on-off switch suddenly stopped working. The machine kept working, but to turn it off I could only unplug it. Overall, it's a solid product, especially for light jogging and walking. I even passed it along to my senior mom, who's been enjoying it while watching TV. I just obtained the pricier Sunny Treadmill, which boasts better quality and a closer resemblance to gym models, however, the urevo serves its purpose well for home use. As someone living in a rural area without access to walking trails, especially in the winter months, my wife has been looking for a simple way to get some daily steps in at home. The UREVO Under Desk Treadmill has been a great solution for her needs! This treadmill is lightweight and easy to move around. We were able to set it up with ease. The compact size also makes storing it away a breeze when not in use. It folds up nicely and can slide right under a bed or high enough couch. The setup process was quick and straightforward. Within minutes we were up and walking! It operates a little noisily, but while streaming documentaries and lifestyle videos, we simply turn up the volume.
