    • LOVE THIS - Excellent keyboard cover, will extend the life and look of my keyboard
UPDATE: My original review is below and I'm updating it after using this cover for about five months. I'm SO glad I bought this and if it ever wears out, I will not hesitate to purchase it again. Initially it made typing feel strange but over time I believe the cover has become a bit more flexible and I'm of course more used to the feel. The cover doesn't fall off, slip or shift (I use it without the adhesive patches) and it's still clear and has not yellowed or discolored in any way like some I've seen. When I remove it to wash it, I'm happy to see that my keyboard still looks brand new. Don't hesitate to purchase this! I've been using this for close to a month now and I am very glad I bought it. It's sheer, very flexible and it stays put even without the enclosed adhesive strips. This will absolutely keep my keyboard looking better for longer and will protect it from dust and crumbs. My only critique would be that it does change the feel of typing. I feel like I have to hit the keys a bit more deliberately than without the shield. ... show more

    • Fits perfectly on MacBook Pro 16, but typing experience is sacrificed.
I previously had a cover from Kuzy that over time warped and buckled from the heat and typing. This cover is sturdier and slightly thicker. Here are the good vs. bad: Good - Fits well on my macbook. The 2020 chiclet keys have a slightly higher profile than my old mac (2018). No issues with it coming off - Does not mark my screen when you close the lid (my last one did) - Can barely tell that there is a keyboard cover on. Backlight shines through with no weird glare or halo Bad - Since the keyboard cover is thicker, typing on requires more effort. If you type with a very light hand, you'll likely hate this. The response is "dulled" and if you do not land more or less dead center on the key, the cover will prevent the key from registering. Note that the Kuzy I used did not have this issue since it was a softer rubber type cover. - I don't know when Apple changed the height profile of the keys, but if this were on my older one, there would be a gap between the key and the cover. I can see this being really frustrating. If you are like me and use a USB keyboard and want to occasionally type on the built in one, this will keep things clean and protected. Otherwise, I do not think I could type with the cover on all day. ... show more

UPPERCASE GhostCovers are amazing. They drop right on the keyboard and fit the keys perfectly. They are smooth and extremely clear. Unlike the silicon style covers that are sticky and create annoying air pockets on the keys that make your keyboard look dirty the GhostCovers can barely be seen. They will eventually get a slight color to them as they stain, but they are washable and for the price I simply replace them. Because they are not sticky they can "fall off" they keyboard. If you turn the computer upside down or use compressed air nearby they will come off, however this is not a negative on them, but simply be aware of this. They are fantastic on all MacBook models and I've been using them as long as I can remember. ... show more

I’ve tried a lot of keyboard covers. They’ll work great for a week or two, then they get all stretched out and junky looking. THIS ONE BEATS THEM ALL. It has a slightly different texture than a naked keyboard, and you can see it (looks like frosted glass over your keys), but it hasn’t stretched out, doesn’t fly off when I open my laptop, stays put in the keys, and doesn’t interfere with typing. Would buy again in a heartbeat — but I don’t need to because it still looks and works great! ... show more

I've been looking everywhere for a good keyboard cover that could fit my 2020 Macbook Pro. The ones I found online were only appropriate for MacBooks with the butterfly keyboard and no "ESC" key. This one fits perfectly! I usually don't write reviews but I hope I can help other 2020 Macbook Pro owners who also have the same issue I did. Still need to get used to typing with a keyboard cover on but it's still very comfortable. My keyboard feels safe from any dust or oily fingers. The packaging looks great and it's easy to install as well. Amazing quality and wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend! ... show more
