Because Amazon's Community Guidelines wont allow any "statements or claims related to preventing or curing serious medical conditions or severe symptoms", I can't say specifically how this probiotic has helped me but I can say that after researching and reading medical/clinical research on this probiotic, that I decided to buy this brand due to it's affordability AND potency and I'm SO glad that I did. Research shows that the pasteurized form of this probiotic is more effective than live Akkermansia. This brand has the pasteurized form. I've been taking this probiotic for 4 months now and have decided NEVER to do without it! This probiotic is unique in the way it contributes to overall gut health and how having enough of Akkermansia muciniphila in your intestines is important, according to the clinical research I've read. You can have your gut microbiome tested to see if taking this probiotic might be of interest to you or you can go by symptoms you're experiencing in relation to what research shows having low levels of Akkermansia is related to. I purchased this product and it seemed to affect my stomach in a bad was so I let them know and they refunded me and said just keep it or get rid of it. I thought OK. So then instead of disguarding it, I thought I would try it again and use it on almond milk and it did not affect me in the way it did before and I now Love it! Wanted others to know that if you can't take it in water, try it in almond milk or regular milk. If they let me, I will buy it again! Love it ... show more

I’d like to make an honest review and not a good overly positive review with promise of a free product as some sort of motivation . I gave these a month to see how they could benefit me and I don’t feel super positive about them: they gave me constant diarrhea and while on these, after eating breakfast I’d face 4 to 5 rounds of horrid diarrhea. Not taking these, the problems go away. I even tested it with a week break and back to them and the problems came right back. It will even reoccur after a few days off. That fact that they do this to me doesn’t make it a bad product for everyone. I know the point of probiotics is to disrupt the current biome and change things but I personally didn’t perceive that i got a benefit from these… just painful bathroom trips and worse digestion . That is just me, I’m not saying don’t try them, and I’m not saying that they are “bad” just that they don’t make MY gut happy and they don’t make my digestion better and they don’t make my BM’s healthier . ... show more

It really works, improves your digestion, helps you eliminate liquids, excellent diuretic..... notice results in the first shot; Now I go to the bathroom regularly and I'm less swollen, my clothes and rings fit better..... excellent price, it has no flavor or aftertaste if you dilute it in water, it doesn't dissolve completely in water. The only bad thing is that it contains erythritol and I don't know if I will continue taking it, this component is harmful to the heart according to studies, very sad. ... show more
