The product came in a vacuum sealed bag, so when I removed it, the pillow was completely disheveled & the fabric was wrinkled. The seller should not have put it in a vacuum sealed bag. I shouldn’t have to get the wrinkles out, just so they can save a few pennies on a smaller shipping box, especially since the product is not that big and wouldn’t take up that much more room if placed in a normal bag. As it came in a zip bag with pumped out air the eppaerance of items became not so attractive as advertised. My first thought was immediate return. But we will give it a try, but as far it looks unsafe due to the cheap materials
