I’ve been using Good Girl Probiotics for a good 3 years. It’s done wonders for my hormones and mental health. They changed their formula recently and unfortunately their new one works nothing like the first one (this one). Feels like I’m not taking anything at all. I’m glad I found this version on Amazon but I’m afraid that they’re going to stop making it eventually when they run out. I’m screwed 😕. I've only taken these for 3 days so far. I'm hoping for good results. The first 2 days I wasn't so sure, I had terrible gas and bloating but today it seems to have passed. I noticed other reviews mentioned similar side effects so I will continue taking these. I now take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening instead of 2 at once. It seems to have helped. ... show more
