I’ve been using Good Girl Probiotics for a good 3 years. It’s done wonders for my hormones and mental health. They changed their formula recently and unfortunately their new one works nothing like the first one (this one). Feels like I’m not taking anything at all. I’m glad I found this version on Amazon but I’m afraid that they’re going to stop making it eventually when they run out. I’m screwed 😕.
