UPDATE: I wrote a very positive review after trying it for just a few days. Nine days later, I've changed my opinion. After three days I woke up nauseous to the point of actually vomiting. I didn't make the connection between my nausea and the Bio Complete 3. Thought it was from taking a morning med on an empty stomach. I didn't take the Bio for the next day or so and then cut back to 1 a day. A week later, I'm still nauseous and have added constipation, bloating, headache and a REALLY bad case of the blahs [this despite our Ohio weather has been fabulous!] Today I received an email from Amazon with a potential customer question. was this gluten free? I decided to check out the ingredients. Although it is gluten free, it's given me the same reaction I get with gluten. Now I know why. It has methyl cellulous [also used in eye drops] which causes bloating, microcrystalline [which causes gas, bloating, depression, forgetfulness, lack of energy, and headaches], and maltodextrin [which is a sugar substitute that has tons of articles debating whether it's safe or not]. BOTTOM LINE: I just threw my Bio Complete 3 out. It may work for some [Dr. Gundry's video was convincing]. But I've just wasted a week of my life...which makes me very sad...but optimistic that I will now recover. HOLD ON....THERE'S MORE...I decided to check my other 3 highly recommended supplements to see what they contained. It turns out all contain some form of synthetic ingredients that improve the capsule, but are not related to the purpose of the supplement. The FDA labels many of these as GRAS [generally recognized as safe although my perception is that they have not been tested and the FDA lists certain guidelines to follow. I am beginning to question if taking multiple supplements is exceeding the FDA's guidelines for GRAS. I've been experiencing some strange and unexplained development of joint and muscle stiffness. I'm wondering if there is a connection. Just thought I'd pass this along. ... show more

I have lost 34 pounds in 4 months with this product. This plus changing my diet is how I believe I lost my weight. I have more energy and feel so much better. I stopped eating fast food like I used to, and I no longer have the urge to eat junk food. I am sleeping better and feel so much better about myself. I really knew I was being suckered by the lengthy video I saw on Pinterest for this crap. But I've suffered with ailments mentioned in the video and I've researched causes and remedies on my own so a lot of their spiel really made sense to me. I said, what do I have to lose? Not only did this stuff not help me but it caused me problems. I feel scammed and kinda stupid because I know if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. For the record, I am fit so I wasn't expecting a miracle weight loss drug - nothing like that. But I do suffer with digestive issues etc so I was hoping this supplement would help alleviate the various troubles I have. NOPE! This stuff is garbage. And I'm an idiot for buying it. ... show more

My father lost 42 pounds at the age of 79 on this product. I lost 38 pounds at the age of 51 with this product honestly change my eating habits but now I lost the way they take the buyer complete three periodically to keep my stomach flat.

I have had two bottles of this product and had started a subscription. Initially worked well but results faded with the second bottle or the second month of use. Denial of return if unsatisfied with results suggests that Gundry is aware that efficacy fades with use.
