Worked very well on my stuck oil filter. It can tighten both directions. Very useful tool and comes with adapters for each one.

This tool really digs in and gets it loose. I use with a 1/2" ratchet. Works for larger semi truck filters. Stows away easily in a tool box.

Great product. As it did its job as intended even after the filter was out of shape after trying to use a strap metal band that was not affective and it only destroyed the filter exterior and the last thing I wanted was to destroy the filter more than it was already was. Once I placed the tool the exterior of the filter it gripped it self to it and it was off in 5 seconds. ... show more
