These fiber gummies taste like gummy bears. If they were in a snack bag and weren’t labeled as fiber gummies, then I’d eat the whole bag and be in trouble. Because these work. Good amount of fiber per gummy. Heads up, these are very chewy. They may be too chewy for people who have dentures, dental issues, etc. Sorry gramps but you’ll have to stay away from these. I wanted a fiber supplement that did not require mixing powders or swallowing large capsules. I like Vitafusions vitamins and calcium gummies, so gave this a try. The Good: They taste good. They work (not as well as I'd like, but they do work). The Bad: They are rubbery. Very rubbery. It's like chewing on fruit flavored rubber, trying to masticate it into pieces small enough to be swallowed. I still like this better than mixing powders or swallowing large capsules, and they do work. I take 2 gummies in the morning and 2 in the evening, and that keeps me comfortable.
