Do not purchase from this company. Only one star because it’s required. Scooter broke and did not have it long at all. Amazon won’t do anything because they have to go through AllMOVE. It’s under the warranty and they are ignoring all email’s. I had to provide photos and videos of the scooter which I did at their request and now it’s months without any further communication.! Horrible customer service. Received automatic reply from “David” apparently because he won’t respond any further. Kid”s won’t have a scooter for the holidays. This scooter is well-made and safe, is perfect for kids ages 6-16 years old. My child with this excellent performance had hours of fun zooming around the neighborhood! The scooter is very easy to assemble; It comes in two parts, the handlebar and the base. Just screw them on and you're good to go. The scooter is easy to assemble and comes with a tool kit. It's simple enough for kids to get the hang of it quickly, but it also has some features that make it suitable for more advanced drivers. It is made of high quality aluminum so it should last for many years of use by your child. The media could not be loaded. UPDATE REVIEW: so less than 5 months later unfortunately second scooter had issues and now im stuck with wires that look like this. And a very dissatisfied child. I relized both scooters i purchase that had brand name startfun had issues. I've received replacement with the actual ALLMOVE brand for 1 of the scooters but not the other and now im having MAJOR issue with the second that wasnt replaced. Ive contacted back and forth about 17 messages in total only to get a hard time from customer service about a warranty that clearly states it has a 1 year warranty. I feel deceaved in so many ways. Seriously disappointed. I paid money for a scooter that didnt even last 4- 5 months. If issues arent resolved i honestly say look somewhere else for a scooter that will last longer for ur money. Oh and good luck getting them to stand by your warranty 🙄... So unfortunate. ORIGINAL REVIEW:First time I purchased this it had some issues with the speed not working properly. Due to the holidays customer service took a bit to get back to me... understandably. Once they did reach out and sent me another scooter. I bought this for my child for Christmas ‘23, by October ‘24 we cannot get it to charge. For the price I’m extremely disappointed and quite frankly irritated that it’s now unusable without investing more money into it.
