Hi, I first bought a 10 by 14 foot tent on Amazon used for really cheap. It was okay quality, but the zipper broke within the first couple of hours, and my god, it was way to big. Also, when walking on the bottom, I got a hole in it in less than a day. It was like the bottom of a cheap garbage bag... So, I returned it the next day. Then I bought the Core 7 by 8 foot tent, and a queen size bed. The bed took up the entire tent leaving zero room for anything else. Really nice tent, but low quality and that is really kids size tent. Now I bought this 10 by 9 tent and I love it. much higher quality than the other tents. Easier to setup. Queen can go in as well as lots of other stuff. Fabric is thicker, metal thicker, This tent has a open mesh roof that allows you to see the stars. This tent also has 5 mesh Tent Windows. This is a Ferrari of Tents. I love this tent. For the price you will probably never find better. It is not for living in, just for having fun in. Now I put a Queen size bed in it, a 55 inch TV, a remote control fan/light. Still room for more stuff :) I love this tent, for the price you will most likely never find better. Even the rain cover weights like triple than the other tents, quality, low price, and an amazing product. This is the perfect tent for most people. Before Buying this I saw complaints about the Center Bar. People said its to long, short, etc. It is not. You just have to make sure your tent is square/rectangular. Meaning pull the tent till the corners are all tight. then put the pole in. How come we did not have cool tents like this when I was a Kid? No longer happy with sleeping on the ground, AND wanting a tent big enough to have a cot and camp chair, and still be able to move around without falling over, I chose the "6 person" cabin tent. It was so nice to be able to be off the ground (I'm not as flexible as I was 10 or 15 years ago), and it was nice to be able to stretch out on a cot (no more rocks in the back!) and not have my gear piled on all sides. It's a bit heavy to lug around, and there is a bit of a learning curve trying to set it up for the first time for one person, and you really have to fight to get the two long fiberglass poles into the pockets. But no more so than any other similar tent. The zippers all worked well, the large windows and screen roof kept things nice and cool once the sun went down. It kept the rain out too, as long as nothing touched the sides (as is the case with most tents) until a storm squall struck it straight on (can't expect even a "windproof" tent to handle 60mph gusts coming from several directions) and tore the rainfly free (I even had extra guylines on the tent and fly, but that was a bit much for any tent). Looking forward to my next multi-day campout with my new tent! ... show more

A rainstorm was predicted the day the tent arrived. So we decided to sleep in it that night to see how well it worked in the rain. Welllll, we set it up on a hill with nothing to block the wind, which they later said gusted to 60 MPH. Tornado sirens were going off in most of the towns around us and trees were blown down on all the main roads--5 on our road alone. The walls of the tent were flexing inward at least a foot. It was spooky. We got 2.5" of rain in 2 hours. BUT the tent stayed standing!! It did leak a bit along the seam on 2 sides where the floor met the wall. But we think (& hope) we'll never encounter such strong rains again, so we think that won't be an issue. Great tent! ... show more

Bought this tent to camp in for a week and really like it! Was easy to set up.(did it by myself in about 10 mins. Wasn’t in any rush.). Has already been through two rain storms and no leaks. Only negative is door zipper can be kind of a pain but hopefully after more use it gets better. I would definitely purchase this tent again ... show more
