I've been looking at tents for a while now and this tent is perfect. It's pretty easy to setup and has instructions that make the process very simple. It's also very spacious. So we finally had a chance to try this bad boy out. We have 3 of us, me my husband and a 10 year old (who is a complete bed/tent hog) 🤣 Our previous tent was a pop open automatic tent but after a few uses was terribly hard to 'pop' close. This tent was taller (my husband is 6'5") and wider and even though it is a manual tent, it was super quick to set up and dismantle. The hardest part about tent was managing to fit it all back into the carrying case. Plenty of air movement inside the tent and a few "clicks" & "snaps" and everything including the rain fly was ready for our short 2 night camping trip at Lake Wapapello. I swear we have everything including the kitchen sink and the air mattresses and "stuff" all fit nicely inside the tent with plenty of room for scoring some peaceful zzzz's to the serene sounds of crickets and critters. Material was nice and thick so no accidental flooding from the rain or slithering friends made it in. Don't skimp on the tent! My Wife and I just overnighted in this compact cabin tent to give it a quick test run. I thought we might use this as a "Guest Tent" when my brother or friends join us on camping trips. After experiencing how easy it is to pack, set and store this tent, I'm working on my wife to do a road trip in our economy car instead of hauling the trailer. This is a cabin style tent with a 7" deep by 8' wide floor area. Each side angles in maybe a foot or so towards the top, so you may have a 5' X 6' area at the center with about 6' of head room. The headroom makes getting in and out, and dressing much easier than our compact backpacking tent. The floor space allows for room for two partners to share a mattress against one side leaving another 4' of floor space on the other side. Next time we camp in it, I'd bring in a camp chair and a small folding table, the chair is handy for getting dressed. Set up was simple, stake it down at each corner, place two fiberglass poles in an "X" in the inner roof. Four steel poles are put together, then connected at each corner and fastened to the roof poles. The rainfly requires no poles and each corner is easily attached at the bottom of each corner of the tent. There are two side windows and one front window, all have screens. Zippers are robust and resist snags. The floor is a decent fairly heavy plastic tarp-type material. Adding another tarp beneath the tent will give added protection and make clean-up easier when taking the tent down. A nice setup for a couple, a single or perhaps a few kids. ... show more

This tent is great! I feel more comfortable with two adult sleeping in it rather than four, though it would be ideal for four children. Set up quickly and we used two camping cots inside it and it was cozy and very comfortable! Love that it folds down to a small size- we could easily stow this in the back of my Subaru without it taking up a ton of space. Great little tent, we have a big dog so it's our queen air mattress and the dog bed - a 2 person tent just isn't large enough for the 3 of us. This one is the perfect size. There are vents everywhere, ceiling, doors, walls - plenty of airflow. The rainfly keeps the tent dry even in heavy rain. It's lightweight enough that it can be carried through the woods, the poles snap together easily and set up is easy enough that one person can do it alone if needed. It comes with a storage bag, and it has a place to feed an electrical cord through so I don't have to put it through the zipper and then I can't fully close the zipper.
