Not quite the right size for my ikea 7 gallon trash can. The bag needs to really be stretched wide to fit and I’m concerned it will tear. Otherwise great bags for the price.

Unfortunately, not all humans are conscious of trying to keep our neighborhoods free of litter. Twice a week, while walking my dog, I put rubber gloves on, snag this trash bag, and pick up the trash, litter, and dog poop around my neighborhood. I love that these are biodegradable, but they are super thin. We have to put it into a regular trash bag in order for it not to break when you take it out of the trash can.

Honestly, I was a bit terrified when I bought these that if there was too much liquid in the bag that it would just tear open when I went to remove it from the kitchen. These have been amazing. I bought this for my college kid to replace regular plastic bags she’s been using for her rabbit litter. So far she said the bag holds up well for wet litter. She is able to walk the bag to the dumpster down the hall once a week and it didn’t break yet. It’s a keeper.

Too bad the 2.6 gallon bags from this brand are not as good as this. The 6-8 gallon size is too much for my needs but at least it does not leak and make a mess during the week awaiting trash pick up.
