My mom had to replace the TV in her bedroom a couple of years ago and the old TV had a built in swivel stand - her new TV had the little legs and they were too far apart to sit on the furniture that she put her TV on. So we just put a long board under the TV so the legs could sit on it, but it wasn't the greatest fix because you could bump into the board and move the TV very easily. I happened to find this stand when browsing tv's and wall mounts (I didn't know these kinds of stands existed! Lol). The stand was easy to put together and it had all the parts and tools needed to assemble it. Perfect for her and no more board to bump into!! It's very sturdy and stable. It swivels easily too. Good solid heavy base built to hold up my 32 inch light flat screen TV. I like that it it was a quick and easy assembly that took about 10 min to set up. Set at highest spacing to have atleast 6 inch of clearance from TV and base. I strongly recommend the stand if you are I need of one.

When I first saw it out of the box unassembled, I honestly thought it was a POS, but I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it was fully assembled. It holds my 42" TV just fine while having plenty of room to adjust up or down. Though the mount does provide height adjustability, it is not easy to do so. The mechanism that allows adjustment requires the user to fully remove the TV/Monitor from the mount in order to adjust it, but once set to the height you want it at, you won't need to touch it ever again. The assembling kit that comes inside the box provides all sorts of screws, washers, and buffers for all variety of VESA mounts. I do honestly recommend this mount for TVs, but in turn, I will not recommend this stand for any sort of PC/MAC monitors. Even the product's title never mentioned use for monitors os stick for TVs only. TL;DR: This is great for TVs but not meant for PC/MAC monitors. Buy now for your small TVs, 42" and down. ... show more
