This is a very sturdy stand and came with many many parts. Follow the directions carefully! I am not handy at all and this was not hard to put together. I laid it on my couch and that made it easier. My TV is only a 40 inch though if you have a larger TV you will need two people. The directions are quite well as long as you follow them exactly and you will understand when you see the different parts. The problem is it's not as tall as I thought once I got my TV on to the stand it was really only about 2 inches taller than the original stand. That's because the back is set up so that you mount it in the middle. Take that into account when you are figuring out how tall you want your TV to be. I wanted my TV taller but this works well for now and once I get a bigger TV I will get a different stand ... show more

I was nervous to order this item, but needed something to put our new 70" television on. Once it arrived I was glad that I took the chance on it. The base is heavy and sturdy! It is easy to put together and raises the tv so little hands cannot reach it.

sleek, solid, sturdy, swivel is silent and smooth. There are little vinyl stick on pads for the bottom, I'm using it on a 55 inch Sony TV. However the screws included with this stand are too short. Fortunately the screws included with the new TV were long enough and those worked.

Overall is a good stand but the one I ordered is the HT04B-03 good for 86 inch tv. Ours is only 82 inch and the stand base won't clear enough to avoid resting the bottom of my tv on the actual base. The rear pieces are left with gaps even if the locking screws are tighten all the way. I rather have something that makes my tv stand higher. The factory tv legs made the tv sit 6 inches off the entertainment center! ... show more
