The Products is good but you have to be a little tech savvy the Radio does read SIM card. But you may want to contact the seller to send you a manual and up Date with software may not come with one. My experience T mobile may work or at&t Consumer wireless worked for me witch Piggy backs off of T mobile and at&t This product performs well if there is an issue, reset the radio you can't rest from out side it has to be done in Menu to make calls you. Have to down load a (voip)Voice over Internet Protocol for texts messages you. Have to download app called (mysms) and to Get notifications of a text message. You have to download another app.smart notify sms and calls,that will work of sim that Actual number that's assigned to it. Be warned And understand that the seller is in China. There is a time difference, but they are usually good with emailing You back that's the only way you have contact with them If there is a problem, make sure you explain it well. You may also have to send them a video, but they will help you. Other than little technical things, I recommend this radio You can go online, watch YouTube. Download applications from app store use google maps It has a backup camera and you can also get a front dash camera that also Add on feature with this radio And depending on the car that you have, it also has features where you can control the radio from the steering wheel. It also has backup assistance, but it varies on the vehicle for the price. This is not a bad choice. It works very well.Very little issues with lag You can also add an external hard drive to Extend the Memory If You Choose For Music and Other Applications. Would recommend you have a put in by a professional But you must have the manual .But can be done if you know how DIY. If your in the USA the standard face plate adapters won't fit. This is how all the chineese radios are. You will have to cut about 1/8" around the opening, so make sure your adapter plate has room to cut. The functionality of the 8g/128g radio is AWESOME! No lag, ever. Maps, spotify, Netflix, etc all work flawlessly. (Unlike the other brand I had before) Plenty of room to download all my spotify playlists. 4g works great and is fast. GPS is responsive and accurate, and is just as good as my S23 ultra. Wireless Android auto works flawlessly. Boot time is about 3 seconds. Screen looks good and the Curved edges on the glass is nice. Sound quality is good, once you adjust the EQ. You can also adjust the gain/tone on the subwoofer output. I haven't installed the camera yet. ... show more

This screen is the literally the perfect size however if you are installing this in any Ford F-series Generation (F250, Excursion, F350/450 1999 to 2019) please be advised that the screen back fits the OEM double din and/or screen area square meaning it will drop down to partially cover your hearing and air controls. Not enough to make them unusable but esthetic will be comprised. Also it makes the screen appear extremely low. I’ve had flip out screens that sit at the right height, I have regular double din screens that look great and functioned in the tight space of different screen layouts, but this screen as big as it is will need some fab work to bring it eye level! The controls, functions, pages require some comprehensive knowledge of android and if driving will require some attention to detail. You will have to hotspot your iPhone in order to use a majority of the functions and the connection is not automatic. Meaning each time you turn it off and on you will need to manually connect. The iHere gps app doesn’t function without service. And once you set your GPS up it defaults to it each and every time which for me is an inconvenience because it’s hardly ever used. If you have media (thumb drive, external dvd, scan disc music) it will take several steps prior to playing the source. You can not move apps to your main page. It’s like a big ass smart phone with a laptop brain. Boot up, run time (which is longer if you use a logo FORD, default to GPS, exit out to main screen, touch the apps icon, go to settings, connect WiFi, exit out back to apps or screens and then you’re off and running. If you have that much patience and like the big screen you will enjoy it! If you’re on the go and want personal music now it will test your brain! ... show more

Pros: -Decent size -Look really nice Cons: -Sound quality is absolutely terrible, also due to the low quality circuit there is electronic processing static noise when volume is high(you need the volume high because it’s just so low until you hit high.) -little to no clear instructions -lots of Chinese text scattered throughout the menus options and keyboard. -is not car play ready out of the box, will need to buy a $50+ dongle. - Extremely difficult to install because who ever designed this did not think about making the display detachable for easier instillation. -harnesses that comes with the radio has backwards speaker color to normal metra harnesses (if metra harness is using white for R+ and White/black stripe for R- the radio has them backwards.) - do not buy this. I tore up a perfectly great sound system to install this and deeply regret it. Learn from my bad buying decision and stay away from this unit. ... show more

This touch screen is good for factory setup, if you are using it with an amp and aftermarket speakers, here is the following. 1 - you only get one output. 2 - audio quality is not the greatest, you will hear a distorted voice on high volume. 3 - mirror link is not accessible through the screen only from the device is streaming from. The FM radio app stoped working. They say you get what you pay for. For the money is ok, but is you like quality is not the radio for you.. ... show more
