Looks great in my 2001 Chevy Tahoe, just needed a double din dashboard, and wiring harness which is cheap, only complaint, is that the backup camera function stopped working on the device, the camera works itself but the stereo won’t let me use it.     • Don’t waste your money!
Our Jeep radio went out and we thought this was a decent radio with some of the reviews. Don’t waste your money!! Put it towards a higher end branded one. It didn’t fit, we had to order a dash kit and harness extra. Still had to cut the dash. One week later, Bluetooth stopped working, then car play stopped working, mirroring doesn’t work at all. We got things working for a couple days once we did a hard reset. Bluetooth worked for a day, then completely stopped responding. Car play was working. After 3 weeks of having this installed the touch screen has become unresponsive, it gets stuck on radio when you disconnect CarPlay and it’s stuck on won’t power off at all. Volume is stuck at 25 as well since the touch screen is unresponsive. Invest in a higher quality radio!! ... show more

    • This radio doesn’t fit 2000 tundra.
On Amazon it states , This radio fits 2000 Tundra , it does not ! The double din wiring harness does fit correctly . However the screen is too big for the stock radio opening. I had to remove material from the radio opening to get radio to fit at all, in addition the radio is too deep to fit flush in the radio opening. By removing material which I shouldn’t have had to do ,( I would have chosen a different radio that fit correctly in the space so I could have a flush mounted radio) I did get the radio to fit in opening using the stock radio mounts from the original radio. The radio looks decent in the radio opening but flush would have been preferable. The radio does perform well, the sound is louder and clearer than expected. The touch screen is very responsive and works well. Apple play works correctly, Bluetooth works well. The features of the radio all work and perform well. Screen/ picture quality is not excellent, I would say average. But for the money is more than acceptable. I also installed the backup camera which performs well and installation was as described. ... show more

    • Touch screen isn’t great
The touch screen is not the greatest it doesn’t sound that good with my speakers not too impressed. The value for the money is accurate because the quality is not the best. Connectivity is ok not the best.

EDIT: 5 months in and everything works great, almost recommend this over the top brands due to not needing a gps tracker installment and so much more stuff, like running a mic etc (I got a $600 pioneer radio for my mustang and have had nothing but problems) if you’re indecisive just get it, has everything you could want, will update if and when it goes out ___________________________________________ ORIGINAL: It works great so far, (3days in) sounds better than the stock radio I got it for about 99bucks but now it’s 139 so your price may vary, Bluetooth radio CarPlay all works I’ll update you if it gives out, I recommend buying a wire harness for your model of car to make it easier than cutting up the wires and goin in. Took about 4 hours to install but everything works great (including the back up camera) bang for buck for sure 🙏 ... show more

    • Touch screen messed up!!
Update: yeah, after having it installed for a couple weeks - this is pretty unusable. I ran across this looking for back up cameras and as it wasn’t much more, decided to take a chance as I wasn’t happy with the stock stereo anyway. The installation was pretty straightforward once I got a useable diagram of my 2013 Subaru Forester’s wiring harness. But once installed, while it plays music - the touchscreen starts registering seemingly random selections, making it nearly unusable. I’ve found if I select the AV IN and use my Echo Auto to listen to music there isn’t much it can mess up. It basically cycles through dimming the screen, turning off the screen, or turning the screen on bright. It does Carplay but obviously I don’t dare leave it in that. That said, when reversing the back up screen cuts in and works as expected. So that’s nice. Yes, I did check the wiring. Four times. And actually I started only with the ACC/B+ and GND before wiring in the speakers. Then at the end I connected the backup cam and a couple others but always to the same effect. So… just so you know, it’s not expensive but don’t expect it to be great. Maybe I’ll send it back but we will see. ... show more
