    • Don’t waste your money!
Our Jeep radio went out and we thought this was a decent radio with some of the reviews. Don’t waste your money!! Put it towards a higher end branded one. It didn’t fit, we had to order a dash kit and harness extra. Still had to cut the dash. One week later, Bluetooth stopped working, then car play stopped working, mirroring doesn’t work at all. We got things working for a couple days once we did a hard reset. Bluetooth worked for a day, then completely stopped responding. Car play was working. After 3 weeks of having this installed the touch screen has become unresponsive, it gets stuck on radio when you disconnect CarPlay and it’s stuck on won’t power off at all. Volume is stuck at 25 as well since the touch screen is unresponsive. Invest in a higher quality radio!! ... show more

    • Good bang for buck
I got this for 75$ with a coupon from Amazon and it being on sale. For 75$ a head unit and a backup camera was a steal. The software is obviously cheap due to price but easy to use and go through the settings. I wired it myself and it was very easy as the wires for the units pigtail all come labeled with what they are. It fit well and it was easy to follow the instructions. My only qualms with this unit are that the units screen mirroring is choppy and roughly the same size as my phone with no options to full screen. The audio quality is good but the volume adjustment is not as refined as the factory unit I had, the minimum volume level is loud for my taste. Overall I’m happy with the purchase as I just needed something to hold off for a bigger purchase and a more quality unit because my first was stolen and I just wanted some music in the meantime. ... show more

    • UPDATE:Breaks in the cold
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The radio is now freezing when the A/C is on. Taking out the radio and putting back the OEM one. This radio wasn’t worth the headache. Lasted 7 months. The video shows the screen frozen 15 mins after I already unplugged my phone. I couldn’t even turn it off -The Apple CarPlay works great. Overall it’s a good radio for what you pay. The bad is when it’s cold in the cabin, the touchscreen goes crazy until the cabin temperature warms up. Usually the first 5-10 mins of my drive in the morning is me fighting with the touch screen. It will change radio stations, switch between aux, Bluetooth, CarPlay, and radio. Even in CarPlay it’ll start going on random apps or the maps. If you live in the cold and don’t park your car in the garage, I’d save the headache. ... show more

    • Crappy. Don’t waste time. Spend the extra money on a better brand.
I hate this radio. And there’s nothing I can do about it because I already paid a company $300 to install it for me. It shuts off sometimes when I change gears. It’s hard to turn the volume down/up its like the touch screen lags. Sometimes when I plug my phone in with the USB it doesn’t recognize it, so I have to unplug it and plug it back in a few times and it will finally prompt the CarPlay. And it’s not my cable I’ve tried it with a few different cables I have including brand new ones. Sometimes the music will show that it’s playing and the volume will be up but it won’t be playing anything and I have to reset everything to get music to play. Sometimes the maps glitches and i can’t type stuff in. Again I have to reset everything. It’s just really crappy and i wish I bought a better brand. But even if I want to return it I’d have to pay someone to uninstall it and then pay again to install the other one so I would be losing too much money. I just have to deal with it. My fault for trusting a brand called Hee-ha. Sounds like someone laughing. ... show more

Honestly after a year it started resetting itself and glitching out. The CarPlay on it stopped working and would only do Bluetooth mode. It was kind of hard to install and the back up camera wouldn’t install but I missed my window to return by the time we got it hooked up to the car. It says it would fit a double bin which is true, and it didn’t stick out nor sink in so the look of it is decent. The sound was ok but to hookup the radio on a 2008 Chevy Malibu you needed to get a whole other kit for it so the radio we didn’t hook up. So I’m not sure how the radio reception is. It is ok for the price but honestly, don’t get it for long term use. ... show more
