This works well and there was little assembly (only attach the two pedals)! It comes with hardware and tool. Basically unbox and plug in. I use it for an hour; 30 minutes forward and 30 backwards. I do have a personal gym with Total Gym, treadmill, T.G. Incline Rower, stand on vibrator and other equipment which I use weekly. However, the elliptical is perfect while watching tv and when there is no time for other equipment use. It is a little heavy but has a retractable handle and transport wheels. Makes my legs, calves and lower joints feel so toned with no swelling. I recommend this elliptical. ... show more

This unit is nice but there is no on/off button so you have to unplug it for it to shut off. The instructions are also lacking. Doe not tell you what the different settings actually do.
