Performance is excellent . I love the fluid motion of this elliptical. I love all of the speeds and resistance. There is no assembly and it comes ready to use. It is very easy to transport. I also really enjoy auto mode. The only drawback is in auto mode it will stop after 30 minutes and you have to reset to start over. I wish it would go longer.. like an hour. ... show more

My husband has serious mobility problems, I bought this to help his legs stay strong while sitting. I use this to help him be strong enough to transfer to the couch from the wheelchair and to the bed. Seems to be working well.
