I ordered a blue machine and received an all Black one. I am having trouble with the operation of the machine. I cannot get the right angle or chair height to work smoothly. I need to take my shoes off to use it. No adjustments on the straps. Instructions not the best. If I cannot do better with it I may need to return it. I think I need help ... show more
