I find these to work pretty well when I take them first thing in the morning. Nothing too crazy as far as energy but does give a nice clean boost to start the day. Super simple ingredients and no bad taste or anything. A little more on the pricey side but it’s definitely worth a shot. It's a lot less expensive buying from Umzu, but Amazon is convenient and fast. Redwood is better than any of the other supplements I've tried. And I've tried it lot of them.

    • Used for three months. I’d say mild change at most.
I noticed no energy changes while on this. Seems well put together but I’m not finding the value for the price. Can’t speak to blood pressure because I do not have issues with high blood pressure.

    • Good, clean ingredients
The pills come in a glass bottle. The bottle was well packaged so no damage occurred during transit. The serving size is 6 pills per day, maybe a bit too many especially if you have to take other supplements on daily basis. I will have to update my review after a few weeks of usage to rate the effectiveness of these pills. I can't say I am seeing any of the benefits/claims yet, but I just started taking the pills a few days ago. Will add an update later. ... show more
