These taste greatand they are thin enough to swallow without water if necessary. I've had Orange Mango, Pineapple, and unflavored and I like them all. I continue with Orange Mango because they have 10 more calories than the other flavors. If I had to mention a negative it would be that each pouch is bigger than some of the competitors. Training for a half marathon. I’ve never used gels until now. I eat/drink one half way through my runs and it helps sooo much! I don’t eat anything with added sugar so I really appreciate that this is sugar free. The taste isn’t the greatest, but worth it for what it does!!
