I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose. I was truly skeptical. But i feel like this works really good. I noticed a boost in focus. No side effects like headaches or the such. Will purchase again.

    • Pleasantly surprised
I've been prescribed ADD medication for over a decade, but controlled medications like ADD meds can become a hassle getting. So I tried this OTC stuff in order to try and replace my ADD meds. I was very skeptical because more often than not natural medication is usually less effective than pharmaceutical / synthetic medication. However, with this stuff I was pleasantly surprised by it's effectiveness. The only not so great things about this stuff is some very minor dizziness when it first starts to kick in and the size of the pills make them a little hard for me to swallow without gagging. ;-) ... show more

This is the first product that I noticed gave me improved energy, focus, and critical thinking improvements. They are noticeable and actual. It seems more like an improved background, level of focus and energy, but not like if you were to drink an energy drink and feel amped, it gives me an edge each day that I didn’t have before so I will be consistently taking them going forward ... show more

    • It defininitely worked!
First time ever trying nootropics and I have to honestly say that it worked for me. I usually drink 2 only instead of the full serving size (3 capsules), but that's enough to give me energy and focus to keep me going in the afternoons. Sometimes I'll use it in the mornings as well and it gives me great focus and eliminates that morning grogginess. It's nothing crazy and it doesn't give me jitters compared to when I drink a lot of coffee. The effects, as far as stimulation is concerned, are mild its not crazy energy compared to a pre workout and sometimes I am left with a feeling of needing more because of how used to the jitterness I am when drinking caffeinated products. HOWEVER, it won't take me long to realize just how effective this product is when I am at work focusing on my duties and I feel this great sense of concentration, focus, mental stability and clarity. I truly recommend you give this product a shot. Like I said, this is my first nootropic product and I don't know if there's better value to be found in other supplements or individual products, but this product does what it claims to do and it comes from a person that I follow on social media and admire as well. ... show more

    • Good but could be stronger
I have to double the dose so I take 6 in the morning and I'm good for the day. They really do give me energy and I feel way less brain fog. If I take 3 I can tell a difference but it's just not quite enough. I will more than likely be ordering again I just wish they were stronger, 40 dollars for a 15 day supply when you take 6 a day is a little expensive for me. ... show more

    • Not the same as it used to be!!
I used to absolutely swear by this product. I LOVED it. Then they changed it over this last year and it is not the same now. I used to be able to notice a distinct difference in being able to focus better, hold conversation better, and I could skip energy drinks and just take this supplement; but now I feel like it's a sleep aid, I have dozed off almost every time I've taken it so the caffeine and energy part of this new product sucks, and I don't feel like I have the same focus the old formula had. Huge disappointment as I used to swear by this and now it's a waste of my money. Wish I knew it was going to be so different before the return window was up. 👎 ... show more

    • Great ingredients, no results
I gave the product a try, I have a lot of respect for Jocko. The ingredients seemed perfect, everything that works well with me but for some reason I just didn’t get the results I wanted. Usually by the end of the bottle you start to notice results, but with this I didn’t notice anything. Not sure why, maybe potency or quality ? I can’t say but hopefully they can improve, until then it’s a bit pricey with no results. ... show more
