I’m less than a week into using this product and can already feel the benefits. I’ve used ashwaghanda and products with several of the other ingredients here in the past with some smaller effects but not to the extent of Jocko Go. It’s not an immediate reaction and you should definitively gauge your tolerance. The recommended dose is 3 pills 1-2x daily. I started with 1 in the morning and then 2 in the afternoon. I’m now doing 2 twice daily. What I feel most from this product is a big reduction in brain fog, increased mental clarity, and a slight boost to energy/motivation. I’ve also been a fairly consistent gym go’er for most of my life and now at 36 i sometimes feel that mid workout drag, this has eliminated that even 6-7 hours after my second dose.     • Pleasantly surprised
I've been prescribed ADD medication for over a decade, but controlled medications like ADD meds can become a hassle getting. So I tried this OTC stuff in order to try and replace my ADD meds. I was very skeptical because more often than not natural medication is usually less effective than pharmaceutical / synthetic medication. However, with this stuff I was pleasantly surprised by it's effectiveness. The only not so great things about this stuff is some very minor dizziness when it first starts to kick in and the size of the pills make them a little hard for me to swallow without gagging. ;-) ... show more

This is the first product that I noticed gave me improved energy, focus, and critical thinking improvements. They are noticeable and actual. It seems more like an improved background, level of focus and energy, but not like if you were to drink an energy drink and feel amped, it gives me an edge each day that I didn’t have before so I will be consistently taking them going forward ... show more

    • The Jocko GO was Better!
I want to start by saying I love Jockos product line and the Super Krill and Joint Warfare have been such a awsome game changer for me !! However moving onto this Brain power product I feel that the original Jocko GO was a much more better product for me and gave me more upbeat energy with a better cognitive boost at this point I must say I'm not a huge fan of this particular product,it starts out ok then makes me irritable and frustrated after awhile I even tried smaller doses taking 2 instead of the recommended 3 and doesn't seem to work as well as the GO pills did ! It does help a little bit with the brain fog but a small noticeable amount. Im not sure why they would change the GO's instead of simply creating something different and saying it's a better formula I would of kept the 2 sups completely on a platform by themselves instead of joining them together the way they did with the minimal impacts being the outcome as they are ? First time ever trying nootropics and I have to honestly say that it worked for me. I usually drink 2 only instead of the full serving size (3 capsules), but that's enough to give me energy and focus to keep me going in the afternoons. Sometimes I'll use it in the mornings as well and it gives me great focus and eliminates that morning grogginess. It's nothing crazy and it doesn't give me jitters compared to when I drink a lot of coffee. The effects, as far as stimulation is concerned, are mild its not crazy energy compared to a pre workout and sometimes I am left with a feeling of needing more because of how used to the jitterness I am when drinking caffeinated products. HOWEVER, it won't take me long to realize just how effective this product is when I am at work focusing on my duties and I feel this great sense of concentration, focus, mental stability and clarity. I truly recommend you give this product a shot. Like I said, this is my first nootropic product and I don't know if there's better value to be found in other supplements or individual products, but this product does what it claims to do and it comes from a person that I follow on social media and admire as well. ... show more

    • Wasn’t what I hoped for
I took as directed. I noticed a slight boost of energy but nothing different than a strong coffee. Unfortunately, I also experienced a headache each time I used it. I ended up throwing away the bottle after a few uses.
