I have auto subscribed to these caffeine tablets after two orders, they work well within 20 minutes of taking one in the morning, I do find that I have to have at least something small to eat or I get an upset stomach but just a banana or something does wonders and helps me to be ready to work through the day with no crashing feeling. Does what it should. Relatively inexpensive compared to the money I waste on pre workouts. Gives the same or better energy. It feels better on my stomach. I recommend to take this with a meal. It’s a lot of caffeine and like a lot of supplements it can give you a reason to hit the bathroom. This is not medication so it won’t go through the same warning treatment but if it did I’d imagine it be recommended to be taken with food. I also like to drop a pill in my drink sometimes and turn it into a pre workout drink. So far using this has been good. Great energy boost without the pre workout annoyances. I do slice off a star on the rating. For one the container recommends taking half a dose. You cannot break these pills in half easily at all. They’re too thick. The second reason is the taste. These taste awful and could benefit from being coated to avoid that. Soon as they hit your tongue be prepared to gag. Very awful taste. So drink it down fast or put it in a flavored drink like I do and let it dissolve. All in all it’s been cool so far. It’s just caffeine and I’m happy with that.     • One Hell of a Punch
I was someone who avoided caffeine for the longest time, I came across these on prime day and thought why not? maybe the energy would help me during my morning runs, the answer is yes. I cut the pills in half to make it 110mg until i build a tolerance, but even 110 for me packs one hell of a punch i get so excited and just full of energy i could explode, while i’m on them i feel the need to do pushups and i doubled the amount i could do the first time i was on it when i’m on them i can’t even stand still i have to be moving so i bet i increased my neat substantially during the high. for me, they take around 30 minutes to sometimes and hour and half to kick in which is unfortunate since i try to time it for morning runs. Overall, if you are someone who needs a caffeine kick for some kind of workout, pills are a great option, the convenience cannot be beaten ... show more

This was exactly as advertised: caffeine in pill form without any substitutes or extras. This would be a straight 5-star-no-brainer if these pills weren't so big and unable to be split in half.
