So, all through college and most of my work years so far in different facilities have me heavily relying on caffeine that isnt coffee or tea. I scraped by for years buying the 5-hour energy drink brand name, sucking up the expense because it didn't let me crash like so many other things did. I tried this on a whim because I needed something easier on my account and I didn't want to do caffeine pills or amp up my caffeine intake even more when half the time I am dehydrated working at a hospital. I am really friggin shocked by a taste that isn't terrible but more importantly, lasts me the majority of the day, even working on a very labor intensive unit. I find that the one shot (300mg) can get me by the entire day of my 12-13 hour shift. I can definitely tell when it is wearing off, but I am low-key a bit afraid to do more than the 1 shot a day I've been pounding the extra strength 5hour energy shots for years and didn't think this would be enough But I am pleasantly surprised that it works really well for my needs. I made the mistake of doing 150mg shot about 2 in the afternoon and I couldn't sleep till like 2 am. 😂 Lesson learned. I am pleased that it tastes better than what I am used to for energy shots and packs a bigger, longer lasting punch. It also just feels right being cold and coming from a tap in a box in my fridge. I've tried multiple energy drinks and powders and I have to say this hits all the marks and then some taste - It's got a good taste for an energy drink. It's not something you can have a big glass of, thankfully otherwise my heart would be jumping out of my chest. It's good on its own but really shines mixing it with a juice of some sort, I use a 50/50 mix of cranberry and water with a double shot on top. energy - oh yes, on those mornings when I'm dragging, well, everything, a single shot of this and ready to make my juice (see above) price - This is what got me to begin with, I'm always looking for the best price on energy drinks because they can get super pricey. This is the best price I've seen out there. environment - A secondary benefit but if you look at the 5-hour energy drinks or zipfizz, there is a lot of plastic for each shot/drink. Less plastic makes it cheaper but also less recycling and crossing your fingers that the plastic can be reused. So before these guys figure out they can charge more, grab one or two. Flavor is decent, gives energy but doesn't make you jittery. Could taste better but it does the job and that's what matters. Also they sent me another box because people complained about the flavor, which I think is nice.

I am a very healthy person, My diet is extremely healthy & I exercise daily as well! This all being said, I am going through early pre menopause & it is making me more tired than usual. I normally use extra strength 5hour Energy but I saw this & decided to give it a try. I must say that it works pretty well if I took double shots & were to compare it to 5 hr energy I would say, for me, it works the same as the regular 5 hr energy but not as good as the Extra strength. I'm assuming it must be me, with my body going through pre menopause that maybe this product doesn't work as well for me as it seems to work for so many others who have left such great reviews. I will say, for the money that you save, if it works for you ,you get 100 shots for $30 & 100 shots of 5hr Energy even if you get a deal will cost you approx $200 at least! That is a huge savings especially if you drink 2 a day! There is only one flavor "Cherry" which tastes not the best, I do wish it came in a few different flavors for variety plus some people cannot have cherry they are allergic. I would recommend this product ,if you are thinking of purchasing it, go ahead, you won't be sorry., Other than the taste..One problem I had is the spout broke half way through use of product & try filling little bottles without a working spout!! Sucks, Also gave it 3 stars because of the one flavor, which isn't the greatest & I felt it's not as strong as Extra Strength 5hr. & they didn't give me a glass shot glass with my first purchase like others said they received. ... show more

Bought the peach flavor and it tastes delicious. The energy factor is there as well, it keeps everyone alert for hours. Besides that, I like how convenient is filling the little bottles. Will buy again!
