My first one came in dented but customer service helped me get a new one super easy! It’s the perfect size and holds a lot more diapers than you’d think! It’s super easy to clean and traps the smell well, of course when you open it you can smell it but it doesn’t seep out. You can use regular trash bags which is awesome! Well I opened this one and right out of the box I was able to put a bag in perfectly the first time trying because it's just so easy. Not to mention, love how I can use a regular trash bag with it.
