My first one came in dented but customer service helped me get a new one super easy! It’s the perfect size and holds a lot more diapers than you’d think! It’s super easy to clean and traps the smell well, of course when you open it you can smell it but it doesn’t seep out. You can use regular trash bags which is awesome! I have 3, love them. They work. Recommend the gel odor remover to put in the bottom of it. Can really use any trash bag. Definitely recommend for nursery, play room, etc. great as a registry item or gift!!

I bought this diaper pail after breaking my other one trying to change the bag which let me tell you, is the hardest thing to do ever. Well I opened this one and right out of the box I was able to put a bag in perfectly the first time trying because it's just so easy. Not to mention, love how I can use a regular trash bag with it. This is a good little diaper pail. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but that's my own fault for not paying attention to measurements. We got the pink and it's actually pretty cute. I really like the locking feature on the lid, the handle which makes it easy to open and close, and the fact that you can use any type of bag on the inside. Obviously there's a smell when you open the lid (which happens with any diaper pail) but otherwise there's no smell. We have this in our living room and can't smell anything. For reference, we have 6-week-old twin girls, and we have to empty this about every 2 to 3 days. We use the 8 gallon size garbage bags and those work perfectly. Two potential issues that might bother some people... On the inside of the lid, there's a little piece that kind of juts out a bit, and if you're not careful when you pull out the full bag, it could snag and rip the garbage bag. So you just have to use caution when pulling the full garbage bag out. One other issue, due to the design and being able to use any bag you want, is that you will notice condensation on the inside of the lid. Which is a little gross, but again, it's due to the design that lets you use any type of bag that you want. So there are pros and cons. Overall, this little diaper pail is working well for us.
